By means of sand as a filter medium, this pool sand filter is effective in filtering and purifying the water of your pool. This is a considerably economical and low-maintenance option to keep your pool water pristine. Made of high-density polyethylene, the sand filter is highly durable. This filter is designed to achieve a flow rate of 9 mВі/h. The maximum working pressure is 50 PSI. To start the operation, 50 kg of filter sand (not included) are required. The filter is equipped with a multiport valve with 6 positions: filter (for filtering the body of water), backwash (for cleaning the filter medium), rinse (for flushing the filter system), winter (for winterizing), recirculate (for bypassing the filter bed to the swimming pool/spa), as well as closed (for shutting off all water flow to the filter). This sand filter is perfectly suitable for pool pumps of 1 HP. Note: It can be connected with both diameter 32 mm and diameter 38 mm hoses.

Lead time for all marble products is 5 weeks.

Electric fires, Banbury Stove - within 5 working days.

These products are sent by a 3rd party courier and take a lot faster to get delivered. It is normally 3-5 working days after the order has been processed by us. FLARE will still contact you directly to book a suitable delivery slot.


Ekofires:

3-5 working days.

You will be further advised on specific delivery times once your order is processed and dispatched.


Gardeco:

No free delivery to Scotland.

Surcharges will apply to specific postcodes. Please contact us before placing an order to get a quote as shopping cart will not automatically update your shipping costs.

Order Processing

We process orders on this website using a custom built shopping cart. The last stage of this process is a confirmation page that sets out the final details of your order including the cost of goods we will supply. After your payment has been processed, we will send you an email order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered. Delivery

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.

On delivery all goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.

We shall make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. We shall therefore accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Faulty or Damaged goods

When we deliver goods to your premises, they must be inspected for any defect or damage. If any defect or damage is noted, the product will be uplifted immediately and returned to our supplier's warehouse. In these circumstances you will be entitled to either a replacement, re-delivery at no expense to yourself or a full refund including any delivery charges paid. This does not affect any other product safeguards to which you are entitled under product warranties.

Returns and refunds

You are urged to thoroughly check the product at the point of delivery.

Returns will be accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival on condition that the return is requested within 14 days of its delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed, fitted, used; or the request is not made within 14 days of its delivery.

Refunds will be issued if the product is damaged upon arrival on condition that the refund is requested within 14 days of its delivery.
