Is it difficult to assemble?
It is very easy to assemble if you follow the assembly instructions.
Do I need to change my electrical system before installing it?
As it has only 2200w of power it would not be necessary to modify its electrical system. This power is equivalent to that of any home radiator. This sauna is plugged into the mains with a normal socket, like any other household appliance.
What is multimedia about the control panel?
The sauna has a music player, equipped with integrated speakers through which you can relax to your favourite music.
How many people are needed to set it up?
2 people are sufficient to assemble the sauna in a comfortable way, following the assembly instructions.All orders are subjects to availability.

Order Processing
We process orders on this website using a custom built shopping cart. The last stage of this process is a confirmation page that sets out the final details of your order including the cost of goods we will supply. After your payment has been processed, we will send you an email order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered. Please note this email acknowledgement is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance by us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Delivery
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.

On delivery all goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.
We shall make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. We shall therefore accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Faulty or Damaged goods
When we deliver goods to your premises, they must be inspected for any defect or damage. If any defect or damage is noted, the product will be uplifted immediately and returned to our supplier's warehouse. In these circumstances you will be entitled to either a replacement, re-delivery at no expense to yourself or a full refund including any delivery charges paid. This does not affect any other product safeguards to which you are entitled under product warranties.
Returns and refunds
You are urged to thoroughly check the product at the point of delivery.
Returns will be accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival on condition that the return is requested within 14 days of its delivery.
