FAQ
Is it difficult to assemble?
It has a medium level of difficulty if you follow the assembly instructions. However, if you wish, you can include Premium delivery at the time of ordering, which is a special delivery service, including delivery to your home and installation.
Do I need to change my electrical system before installing it?
As you have a power of 8000w, you should previously consult the contracted electrical power in your home. It is recommended to have a contracted power of between 15000 to 20000w in order not to have any electrical problem during the use of the sauna. On the other hand, this sauna must be plugged into the mains by connecting it to an electrical panel independent from the rest of the sockets in the house. It requires a direct connection to a separate electrical panel or a three-phase socket.
What type of wood does the Dharani Passion sauna have?
The sauna is made of spruce wood. Spruce wood is one of the best woods available on the market, designed to conserve the heat generated inside a sauna intended for an outdoor location.
How many people are needed to assemble it?
Two or three people are needed to assemble the sauna in a comfortable way, following the assembly instructions, within 4-5 hours approx. If you wish, you can include the PREMIUM delivery in your order, by which we install the sauna at home (no additional masonry or plumbing work is necessary as this sauna, once assembled, only needs to be connected directly or via a three-phase plug to a separate electrical panel - please make sure you have enough contracted power, taking into account the 8000w of power of the Dharani Passion sauna).All orders are subjects to availability.

No free delivery to Scotland.

Order Processing
We process orders on this website using a custom built shopping cart. The last stage of this process is a confirmation page that sets out the final details of your order including the cost of goods we will supply. After your payment has been processed, we will send you an email order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered. Please note this email acknowledgement is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance by us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Delivery
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.

On delivery all goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.
We shall make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. We shall therefore accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Faulty or Damaged goods
When we deliver goods to your premises, they must be inspected for any defect or damage. If any defect or damage is noted, the product will be uplifted immediately and returned to our supplier's warehouse. In these circumstances you will be entitled to either a replacement, re-delivery at no expense to yourself or a full refund including any delivery charges paid. This does not affect any other product safeguards to which you are entitled under product warranties.
Returns and refunds
You are urged to thoroughly check the product at the point of delivery.
Returns will be accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival on condition that the return is requested within 14 days of its delivery.
